Condolence: Colleen and and family, I am very sorry to hear of Fred's passing. I really got to know Fred when he was the caretaker at Rotary Court. He was the best they had there! He would check in on daily to all of his seniors, he always had a minute to spare to listen to them. I will miss him, and his joking. He will now watch over us from above. God bless.
